I love the food at Amish style restaurants. This is one of my favorite dishes and I am always ecstatic to see it on the salad bar.

2 bunches green onions, diced1 cup low fat or non-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
