Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-¾ inch pieces
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin

Instructions
